Effective date: October 2, 2026
Foxfield Plumbing Inc ("Foxfield Plumbing," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our websites, create or use a customer profile, request or receive services, communicate with us, or enroll in email or text-message communications.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact information, such as your name, company name, mailing address, service address, email address, and telephone number.
- Profile and authentication information, such as account identifiers, email-verification status, authentication records, and account-security events. We do not store your password in readable form.
- Property and service information, such as property type, your relationship to the property, service-request descriptions, scheduling preferences, access information, photographs, documents, test results, equipment information, and service history.
- Billing and transaction information, such as billing-party information, estimates, authorizations, invoices, payment status, and transaction records. If electronic payment is offered, payment-card or bank information may be collected and processed by a payment provider rather than stored directly by Foxfield Plumbing.
- Communication information, such as emails, text messages, telephone-call notes, customer-support requests, and records showing whether and how you consented to or withdrew consent from particular communication programs.
- Technical information, such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, date and time of access, referring pages, cookies, security logs, and website activity.
- Information from other authorized sources, such as a property owner, property manager, employer, authorized representative, referral source, service provider, government record, or other person involved in a requested service.
Please provide information only for yourself or for another person when you are authorized to do so. A person submitting another individual's telephone number cannot consent to text messages on that individual's behalf.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- create and administer customer profiles;
- verify identity, email addresses, and account access;
- receive, evaluate, schedule, and perform service requests;
- communicate about scheduling, arrival, job status, estimates, approvals, invoices, payments, warranties, and service records;
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- maintain property, service, testing, compliance, and warranty history;
- process transactions and maintain accounting records;
- protect customers, employees, property, systems, and accounts;
- detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized activity;
- comply with licensing, permitting, tax, insurance, legal, and regulatory requirements;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and
- improve our services, website, customer experience, and internal operations.
3. Email and Text-Message Communications
Foxfield Plumbing keeps service communications and marketing communications separate. Selecting one communication program does not enroll you in another.
3.1 Service and Transaction Communications
Service and transaction communications may include account verification, service-request updates, scheduling, appointment and arrival notices, job-status updates, estimates, approvals, invoices, payment information, warranty communications, and other information connected to an active customer relationship or requested service.
Service text-message frequency varies based on your requests and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
3.2 Limited Foxfield Marketing
If you separately opt in, Foxfield Plumbing may send limited first-party maintenance and marketing communications. These may include reminders concerning filters, backflow testing, treatment media, water testing, winterization, seasonal maintenance, or related services, as well as occasional Foxfield Plumbing offers or service announcements.
Marketing text messages require separate prior express written consent. The marketing-text control is not preselected and is separate from service-text consent, account creation, acceptance of other terms, and any purchase. You may receive up to four marketing text messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent applies only to Foxfield Plumbing and only to the stated marketing program.
Marketing email and marketing text preferences are separate. Agreeing to marketing email does not authorize marketing texts, and agreeing to marketing texts does not authorize marketing email.
3.3 One-Time Service Contacts
A customer or responsible billing party cannot consent to text messages for a different one-time service contact. Foxfield Plumbing will call a one-time contact first. We may send request-specific service texts only after that person personally gives affirmative verbal consent, which we document for the particular service request. That consent does not authorize recurring communications or any marketing.
3.4 Opting Out and Getting Help
You may withdraw text-message consent at any time by replying STOP to a Foxfield Plumbing text. A STOP request will stop recurring text messages from that sending number, including service and marketing texts, except for one final confirmation of the opt-out when permitted. You may reply HELP for assistance. You may also change communication preferences through your customer profile or contact us using the information below.
Opting out of text messages does not prevent Foxfield Plumbing from communicating by telephone, email, mail, or another lawful method when needed to administer an active request, provide requested service, collect payment, protect safety, or comply with law.
4. Mobile Information and SMS Consent
We do not sell or rent mobile telephone information. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose limited mobile information to communications platforms, telecommunications carriers, aggregators, and other service providers only as necessary to deliver, secure, support, or document the messaging service; to comply with law; or to protect rights and safety. Those recipients are not authorized to use the information for their own marketing.
We do not buy, sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent. Consent belongs to the individual who controls the telephone number, applies only to the identified sender and subject matter, and cannot be supplied by another person.
5. How We Disclose Other Information
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:
- contractors and service providers supporting website hosting, customer-profile administration, email, messaging, address validation, mapping, document storage, accounting, payment processing, security, analytics, and similar operations;
- manufacturers, suppliers, inspectors, utilities, water districts, permitting authorities, insurers, and professional advisers when relevant to requested work or a legal obligation;
- a property owner, responsible billing party, authorized representative, or service contact according to that person's role and authority;
- law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or systems; and
- a successor in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law and the mobile-information restrictions stated above.
Service providers may use information only for the services they perform for us or as otherwise required by law. Foxfield Plumbing does not authorize them to use customer information for their own independent marketing.
6. Cookies and Website Technology
Our websites may use cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technology for security, authentication, preferences, performance, and website operation. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, although some site functions may not work correctly without them.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and warranty records, document consent and withdrawals, meet tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect rights and systems.
Consent evidence may be retained for as long as needed to satisfy legal and provider requirements, including after consent is withdrawn. An opt-out or suppression record may be retained so that we can honor the request.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonably designed to protect personal information. No transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may ask to review or correct certain profile information, change communication preferences, or make another privacy request by contacting us. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We may retain information when necessary for active services, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, consent documentation, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose.
10. Children's Privacy
Our websites and services are intended for adults and authorized business representatives. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the website. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information without appropriate authorization.
11. Third-Party Sites and Services
Our websites may link to third-party sites or use services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Foxfield Plumbing is not responsible for an independent third party's privacy practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The public page will identify the effective date. A policy update does not retroactively expand the subject matter of an existing SMS consent. We will obtain new consent when required before sending texts for a materially different subject.
